Our team partnered with a long-time General Contractor client to complete the plumbing scope for a new master suite addition in a 2,550 sq. ft. home located in Orchard Park, NY. The project included a full rough-in for a luxury master bathroom featuring an elegant walk-in shower, single vanity, and high end toilet. From layout and coordination through final trim-out, our focus was on achieving a clean, high-end result that matched the craftsmanship of the builder’s design.
We collaborated closely with the GC and other trades to ensure fixture locations aligned seamlessly with the cabinetry, tile layout, and custom glass features. The homeowner envisioned a user friendly bathroom with both aesthetic appeal and long-term reliability, and our team delivered on every detail.
One of the project’s main challenges was integrating new plumbing systems into the existing structure without disturbing finished spaces or compromising water pressure and drainage performance. The addition tied into an older main stack and domestic water system that required thoughtful rerouting and pressure balancing. Tight framing and limited access through the existing home also made rough-in work more complex, demanding precise measurements and creative planning.
By coordinating scheduling with the framing and HVAC crews, we ensured all penetrations and rough locations were completed accurately and efficiently, avoiding costly rework later in the project.
The finished product was a stunning, functional master bathroom that enhanced the overall value and appeal of the home. All fixtures were trimmed out cleanly, with perfect alignment and smooth operation. The elegant shower system performed flawlessly, providing the homeowner with a high-end, spa-quality experience.
