Our technicians dispatch service calls until 9:00 PM / 7 DAYS A WEEK. If you have an emergency outside of our regular operating hours, please do not hesitate to call us. After 9 PM, our phone number will direct you to an answering service so you can schedule an appointment or leave a message with the call-taker and we will return your call the following morning.

Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Our office staff answers the phone during the hours listed below. Outside of these hours, our phones are transferred to an answering service so you will still be able to speak with a live person on the phone to leave a message or book an appointment. One of our office members will contact you once we open the following day.

If there is a warranty-related issue that cannot wait until our normal operating hours, please call another company to fix your issue. If you end up paying for work covered under warranty by Cellino Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, we will reimburse you the cost of the repairs made after-hours, up to $300. Please fill out the reimbursement form below and contact our office once we re-open so that a manager can help submit your form for reimbursement.
