The project included installing a 100,000 BTU two-stage variable-speed furnace, a 4-ton 17 SEER heat pump, and a new Ecobee smart thermostat. This hybrid setup automatically switches between the heat pump and gas furnace based on outdoor temperatures, delivering year-round comfort and maximizing energy efficiency.
Our team removed the homeowner’s old equipment, installed the new furnace, coil, heat pump, and thermostat, and completed all necessary electrical, gas, venting, and refrigerant connections. A new outdoor pad and disconnect were added for the heat pump, and the system was fully integrated with updated wiring and a new condensate pump.
