Cellino Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric upgraded a Grand Island law office with a new Viessmann 95% high-efficiency 120,000 BTU modulating boiler. The project included replacing all near-boiler piping, updating gas, electrical, surge protection, and venting components, and relocating the boiler next to the chimney for improved layout and serviceability.
We ran new 1.25″ supply and return lines through the existing block wall, replacing older 3/4″ piping for better flow, and rerouted the gas line along the same path. A new circulator pump, dedicated electrical outlet, intake and exhaust system, and discharge line for the condensate pump were also installed. The entire system was tested and configured for optimal commercial performance.
