Cellino Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric upgraded this East Aurora single-family home with a full boiler and hydronic heating system designed for both indoor comfort and year-round pool heating.
Our team removed the existing pool heater and installed a new 199,000 BTU Viessmann high-efficiency boiler, engineered to support 12 radiant heat zones. We installed new supply and return manifolds, zone valves, zone controllers, smart thermostats, and multiple circulator pumps to ensure precise and efficient temperature management throughout the home.
A dedicated pool heat exchanger was integrated into the system, allowing the new boiler to seamlessly support both radiant heating and pool operation. The project also included installing a new gas line, reconfiguring domestic hot water piping, and setting a new domestic hot water tank with complete supply and cold-water feed connections. Electrical upgrades included a new power outlet, low-voltage wiring, and intake piping.
Once fully installed, the entire system was tested, calibrated, and commissioned to deliver reliable, high-efficiency heating, hot water, and pool performance.
