Dear Western New York Community, 

We want to start by thanking all of our loyal customers for being understanding and supportive during these challenging times. We know this year has been difficult for everyone, but we want to assure you that we are here to help. Being an essential business, Cellino Plumbing, Heating and Cooling will remain open and ready to assist our customers with any plumbing or HVAC needs. 

We are putting an extremely strong focus on the safety and well-being of our customers, as well as our office and field staff. We understand the concerns of our customers, and we want to assure you that we are taking all of the necessary precautions to protect everyone’s health during this time. 

We are following all of the recommended safety protocols provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in our offices and in the field. These safety measures include:

• Temperature checks for office and field staff at the start of each day
• Wearing masks at all times in the office, as well in the customer’s homes
• Promoting frequent handwashing for all staff
• Social distancing whenever possible
• Confirming health of all customers before sending a technician to residence
• Implementing a “No Contact” service call procedure
• Limiting only one technician per work vehicle
• Encouraging staff to stay home if they are ill
• Maintaining regular disinfecting practices of work surfaces
• Sanitizing work vehicles and tools after completion of each job
• Applying “work from home” procedures for office staff
• Restricting number of people allowed in the office

Our customers are our number one priority, and we promise to provide the utmost care and responsibility during these uncertain times.
