I’m the Director of People Services at Cellino Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric. I work with our leaders and teams to build a workplace where people have the opportunity to grow, take on meaningful challenges, and be proud of what they do. My focus is on creating the structure, support, and culture that help build meaningful careers. I believe growth happens when people are stretched by challenges that matter to them and are given the tools and support to see those challenges through. That is where work becomes most rewarding and where people can be part of something larger and worthwhile. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family.
