My name is Lucas Cellino and I am the President of Cellino Plumbing Heating & Cooling. At past jobs, I have always ended up in management positions even if I did not intend to. I am a big believer in “where can I bring the most value?” or “where can I make the biggest impact?” I think it’s a lot easier to be a good manager if you are able to understand the jobs of everyone else in the company. Being a licensed plumber myself for over 10 years, I get a good understanding of the issues that the technicians run into and also get their perspective on things. Part of our mission here is to make a positive difference in the community. We are big into helping underfunded nonprofits by hosting a variety of contests to raise awareness and funds. Cellino Plumbing Heating & Cooling has grown substantially over the past few years and I certainly see the growth continuing in the future. The larger we get, the bigger the impact we can make in the community.
